About Me:

Sarah is a recording artist, entrepreneur and arts leader: an award-winning nonprofit 501(c)3 founder and the executive director emeritus of Music for Seniors which is headquartered in Nashville, TN. Sarah is a TEDx speaker, creator, inspirationalist and organizer of Women's Creative Light Retreat, held each October at Penuel Ridge Retreat Center in Ashland City, TN. (2025 retreat is now under development.)

Sarah is compelled to publish music and share it with the world because it is an intrinsic part of who she is and has always been. Her music is not just a creative endeavor—it is her means of connection, self-expression, and service. She sees her nonprofit efforts and her ongoing artistic journey as sacred work, ways to amplify her creative light and inspire others to follow their own passions, regardless of age. Through her music, she shares her struggles and triumphs, helping to heal and uplift others. She believes in the power of storytelling and artistic excellence to foster love, connection, and community.

Ultimately, Sarah's purpose is to leave a lasting impact, not only through her music but through her advocacy, leadership, and commitment to public service.
