About Me:

My name is Torriel and I’m a Career Development Coach who helps women gain clarity in their careers so they can recognize their dopeness and confidently step into roles where they’re valued and can make career moves on their own terms. I focus on three core areas: (1) clarity: identifying strengths and setting clear career goals; (2) communication: building the confidence to showcase accomplishments and increase visibility; and (3) continuity: developing sustainable habits that support growth without burnout. I also host The Confidence Lounge, a free community offering professional development sessions, support, and resources to help women advance in their careers.
