About Me:

Sarah is a wife and mom of three. After reaching a low point in her health, topping the scale at 250, she decided to break all of the diet culture rules and become a diet dropout. Not that she didn't want to lose weight, but she wanted to do what she had never done before - learn about herself, figure out what worked in her life, and say NO to diet culture.

After 2.5 years, she found herself not just 80lbs down AND maintaining the weight loss, she found herself getting asked about helping other women do the same. She learned how to break the generational habits and patterns that kept her stuck and feeling broken for so long.
