I’m Nykki, founder of NURSE TO CEO LLC and creator of the Nurse to CEO Collective™, a 36-month done-for-you business development container where I help burned-out nurses transition from bedside exhaustion into business ownership by building complete medical staffing agencies.

I am not a nurse, and that is part of my advantage. I bring 18 years of business development, profit growth, sales strategy, and operational insight into an industry where nurses are often expected to keep the system running without owning the wealth they help create.

My work sits at the intersection of healthcare, ownership, leadership, and economic freedom. I help nurses stop seeing burnout as a personal failure and start recognizing it as a signal that they have hit the ceiling of a system that was never designed to make them wealthy.
