Hi, I’m Monica Bodurka, co-founder of the Leadership Wellness Group. I am on a mission to help people break free from cycles of overwhelm, guiding them toward a life of resilience and ease.
I believe that true resilience isn't about white-knuckling through stress or simply "bouncing back"—it’s about nervous system regulation, staying grounded, and expanding our capacity for joy.
