""When the tide rises, all the ships rise""

About Me:

HI! I'm Lori Pine, The JOY CEO, an executive leadership coach + strategist, workshop facilitator, and host of a top ranking podcast: The JOY CEO Podcast. I transforms how women lead and how organizations perform.
I made her mark in large, global consumer brands, most recently serving as a corporate Vice President leading a $1B business, where I learned that joy isn't fluff—it's fuel for performance, retention, and courageous leadership.
Today, I partner with senior women leaders and small-to-midsize businesses to rewire cultures from the inside out—where connection isn't a nice-to-have, it's the DNA of unstoppable teams. My clients don't just shift their mindset; they transform their leadership, their teams, and their bottom lines. My work is straight-talking and deeply supportive: part strategy, part mirror, all impact. My group coaching program, The Connect, is a vibrant community of dynamic leaders where my 1:1 coaching offers a customized approach.
I live in New York's Hudson Valley with her husband, two sons, and golden retrievers, Lucy and Annie.

Your Qualifications:

I spent 25-years in large Consumer Products Goods companies (CPG) including Anheuser-Busch, The Coca-Cola Company, and The Campbell's Company. I've lead teams both large and small and managed a $1B business through COVID. I've navigated personal triumphs and tribulations, and it's the setbacks that make the comeback so satisfying. I've learned that JOY is a real leadership strategy and I teach that with clients, in speaking engagements, and from my podcast.
