Mickey Forsyth
"Self-care is sacred."
About Me:
I'm Mickey, a speaker, writer, caregiver advocate, and creative who believes joy isn't something you find at the end of the journey… It's something you practice in the middle of the mess.
My work centers on helping women who give everything finally come home to themselves again. After walking through the fire of caregiving, cancer, grief, and rebuilding my identity from the ground up, I discovered a gentle but radical approach that helps caregivers reclaim worthiness, rest, and small moments of happiness without guilt.
I bring a mix of emotional intelligence, lived experience, and playful rebellion to everything I create. Whether I'm writing, coaching, or speaking, my goal is always the same: to help people exhale, laugh a little, and remember that caring for yourself is not indulgent; it's sacred.
I love conversations that go deep, embracing our individuality, blending truth with humor, and wisdom with whimsy. If your podcast values heart, honesty, and a spark of creative joy, we'll get along wonderfully.
At my core, I'm someone who believes in second chances, soft beginnings, and the quiet power of choosing yourself one small moment at a time.
