About Me:
I’m Dr. Gertrude Lyons, master life coach, TEDx speaker, and author of Rewrite the Mother Code: From Sacrifice to Stardust. As host of the Rewrite the Mother Code podcast (ranked in the top 3% globally), I guide conversations at the intersection of womanhood, motherhood, leadership, and spirituality. My mission is to help women break free from inherited generational patterns and reclaim motherhood and womanhood as paths of sovereignty, compassion, and transformation.
Through international retreats in Ireland and Mexico, I create immersive experiences that blend ritual, myth, and embodied leadership practices. Whether through my book, podcast, or teaching, I’m passionate about helping women step into their full authentic selves and rewrite the narratives that have shaped their lives.
I’d love to collaborate with fellow hosts who are exploring themes of personal growth, spiritual awakening, conscious parenting, and women’s empowerment.
