I see my job as helping you to remember what you already know innately – about yourself, your body, other people and the world. You will be challenged to look at your life and the world differently.

I The material I speak and teach is not simple, yet I share what I know in straightforward ways that inspire and give people a new depth of understanding. My insights open up new ways of looking at what we know and new ways of approaching what we don’t know. I am endlessly curious about people and what inspires them to change or stay in the familiar. I love to speak from a place of depth and breadth and move myself and others to tears. I help bring the big picture into the specific moment and relate a specific experience to larger contexts.
