About Me:

Susanne Le Boutillier is a curl-whispering former executive who works with leaders of complex change so they get results without burn out or getting lost in the mess.

She once led the change to split a $10 billion health behemoth with 80,000 employees into 17 entities— it was 'divide and conquer' on a massive scale. She also wrangled union negotiations during a public safety scandal, turning doctors, furious at the damage to their reputations, into advocates for the agreed-upon deal.

Susanne guides leaders from storm-tossed to centred calm. She offers practical tools and insights that empower leaders to make impactful decisions and stay resilient as they navigate uncertainty, adapt to evolving circumstances, and keep their cool when the universe misplaces the instruction manual.

Susanne is the author of Centred: How to Lead with Confidence in Times of Complex Change, and co-creator of Ambiguity Apocalypse—a gamified leadership capability-building experience that helps leaders explore the unknown, test what holds, and find possibility in ambiguity.

At the heart of her work is the Centring Star—a practical, evidence-informed framework made up of five interrelated capabilities for navigating the storms of change.
