About Me:
At the center of my work is the unwavering belief that Character, Integrity, and Credibility (CIC) aren’t optional — they’re essential for leadership, influence, and legacy. I help adults and organizations apply the CIC framework to build trust, elevate culture, and lead with purpose. As founder of the CIC Pledge Initiative, I bring decades of entrepreneurial experience, writing, and public speaking to every conversation.
My mission also reaches into the home. I guide parents in raising character-anchored kids through meaningful stories that teach emotional strength and life traits. Through TinyTalesLand.com, I’ve created a growing universe of illustrated stories that teach the 25 essential traits children need to thrive. From the boardroom to the playroom, I help people live what they want to pass on.
