About Me:

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Stern School of Business at New York University, my J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, and have been admitted to the New York bar for over 25 years. I practiced commercial litigation as a trial lawyer in the greater New York City area before relocating to Arizona where I transitioned into the micro-cap public company marketplace.

I have been the CEO of Sibannac, Inc. (SNNC), a micro-cap public company since 2017. The company has been in the cannabis and supplement manufacturing space, which laid the foundation to propel Sibannac into the plant-medicine and consciousness sector. The company has launched the Starwalker Café, a multi-media platform incorporating education, wellness tourism and plant-medicine products. I recently launched my social media channel, The Meru Sky, where my content is focused on my own experiences with psychedelics and the lessons I have learned.
