Catrina Drinning-Davis
About Me:
Hi, I’m a clinical supervisor, consultant, and advocate supporting survivors of domestic violence (and narcissistic abuse), with over 13 years of experience. My passion lies in helping survivors heal, whether it’s guiding individuals on their recovery journeys or equipping therapists to feel confident and effective in their work.
Through trauma-informed care, I’ve helped survivors rebuild their lives and find resilience amidst adversity. At the same time, I’ve worked closely with therapists, offering consultation and training to ensure they have the tools to provide impactful, empathetic support.
On podcasts, I bring professional expertise and heartfelt insight to meaningful discussions around trauma, recovery, and the importance of fostering a more supportive community. I offer a deeper understanding of the unique challenges survivors face, strategies for therapists, and how we can all make a difference through prevention and education.
I’d love to join your show to inspire hope, share knowledge, and spark conversations that shine a light on the path to healing.
