About Me:

I am a mystic, healer, mother, and cultural visionary dedicated to bridging ancient wisdom with modern leadership. Born in Boston, I graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Cultural Anthropology. My field research in Kenya transformed my life, connecting me deeply with the Divine, igniting the journey that would follow. As a single mother, I taught myself graphic design, quickly ascending to the top of my field, creating Super Bowl and Olympic campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, earning me prestigious honors, including an Emmy. In 2012, I became an apprentice to a renowned Amazonian psycho-cartographer and Wisdom Keeper. Over the past decade, I've led over 800 private and community retreats globally, guiding thousands in transforming trauma, illness, and spiritual stagnation into joy and clarity. My clients include doctors, therapists, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders on their path to awakening. I created RISE: Leadership Mastermind, a transformative space for diverse leaders to explore conscious, heart-based leadership. My guidance incorporates stillness, somatic intelligence, and ancient teachings to empower change-makers to lead from authentic presence. For over ten years, I’ve hosted women’s circles and free workshops for women of color. My channeled work, "A Manual for Ascension," supported thousands during the global crisis. My debut book, out now, "The Shaman’s Apprentice: A Memoir," is my testament to transformation—from heartbreak to spiritual freedom.
