About Me:

Hi, I'm Antarjot Arora — a product leader, community advocate, and passionate voice for gender equity and animal welfare. With over a decade of experience in product management across global firms like Egon Zehnder, McKinsey & Company, and Light & Wonder, I specialize in building digital solutions that drive impact, inclusion, and user-centered innovation.I bring a unique lens to conversations at the intersection of innovation, inclusion, and justice.

While my professional life is grounded in tech and leadership, my heart lies equally in advocacy. I’ve actively contributed to gender justice initiatives—participating in the IDEAS4genderequality workshop by Business Professional Women Canada, and serviing as a funded delegate at the Voice for Rights International Human Rights Conference. Through my work with Umang Welfare Foundation, I’ve led cybercrime awareness campaigns reaching over 15,000 women, and organized animal welfare initiatives that provided life-saving summer water stations for over 10,000 stray animals.

I currently serve on the Board of Directors at Contact Hamilton, advising on strategic priorities for youth with developmental needs, and as part of the Community Partnership Action Table for Housing Affordability in Hamilton.

Whether it’s discussing inclusive product design, advocating for the voiceless—human or animal—or rethinking systems through a gender justice lens, I’m always excited to join conversations that aim to inform, inspire, and activate
