I am a business performance geek! I am endlessly fascinated with matching the needs of the business with the needs of the employees. I have a keen eye for spotting behavioural patterns that detract from performance, helping me diagnose the real performance issues of a company and designing interventions that make a real difference.

With 25+ years experience of using, designing, implementing and training others on how to use performance management processes, I am on a mission to re-imagine it because the current approach just isn't working. I have designed and tested a different approach to performance management, which is getting great feedback from management and employees alike.
