"Committing yourself to storytelling in any form is more about getting to know yourself than any tool or process. Who are you as a writer? What do you stand for? What do you want your audience to feel - and why? And what kinds of stories can only you tell? Once you're really in tune with yourself, everything else gets easier."

About Me:

Jordan is a writer, producer, and screenwriting coach known for his warm, approachable style and genuine passion for helping writers and crafting stories. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned storyteller, Jordan works with all backgrounds and skill levels to help them discover their unique voice and create stories that truly resonate.

His secret? A revolutionary approach to storytelling. Jordan teaches his signature Life and Death Story Model™, a fresh take on story architecture that helps writers build compelling narratives. He also guides clients through The Story Forge™, a proven process designed to refine and perfect story concepts before the writing begins. The result? Writing a screenplay (or book) becomes faster, easier, and—dare we say—fun.

Most recently, Jordan co-wrote and produced Mr. Dressup: The Magic of Make-Believe, a heartfelt feature-length documentary celebrating the legacy of Canada’s most beloved children’s show.

This passion project earned the full support of Judith Lawrence (creator of the iconic puppets Casey & Finnegan) and the estate of Ernie Coombs (the legendary Mr. Dressup himself). The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival to a standing ovation, won the TIFF People’s Choice Documentary Award, 5 Canadian Screen Awards, and soared to #2 worldwide in its first week of release on Prime Video.

Jordan's brand is known as WRITER IGNITER.
