About Me:

Samantha Bradshaw is a small business and IP lawyer. After spending 5 years in Beirut, Lebanon, she came back to the US in 2018 and founded InLine Legal, the only 100% virtual Virginia licensed law firm that keeps creative service providers out of the courtroom and in the studio with chief legal officer services for Virginia’s small businesses.

She’s also in the process of launching InLine Templates, the only lawyer-approved, Virginia specific, legal template store that actually explains the template you bought so you know how it protects you and what to change. Currently bouncing between Brasilia, Brazil and Hampton Roads, VA, as long as there’s internet, she’s teaching entrepreneurs how to protect their money makers.

It’s her mission to help 500 biz owners make it to year 5 by 2025 by protecting their businesses from PITA clients, their dad’s boss’s lawyer friend, and ‘borrowed contracts’.
