About Me:
I am THE Hold Your Hand and Kick Your Ass Business Coach. I have been working with small businesses for over 20 years and I specialize in helping new entrepreneurs as early in their journey as possible (idea stage to two years). I teach them the basic, foundational skills they need to first survive and then thrive. I only deal in real life, actionable, and battle tested advice.

Your Qualifications:
I have been in financial services since 1992 and started my own personal financial planning company in 2002. I started working with a lot of self-employed / small business owners and discovered as I was helping them with their family finances that they also needed a lot of help with their businesses. Since I have been studying money, business, and success since I was 7 years old and have a special skill and background I started helping them since I had a greedy, motivated self interest to see them succeed, since broke people cannot afford investments or insurance (which is the stuff I get paid on). As my business advice helped them tremendously they started referring more and more of their friends and business associates to me. I very quickly discovered that I needed to better leverage my time and started teaching Small Business Class in 2004. In 2019 I split my business and created KSA Business as a separate company to focus on the business coaching / consulting / teaching.
