About Me:

I am Laura Bonicelli, a proud Italian-American and the chef/owner of Bonicelli Cooking Club. Food is at the heart of everything I do, and my love for local, organic, and well-sourced ingredients is the foundation of my work. I specialize in creating recipes and menus that honor diverse dietary preferences and needs, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the beauty of a well-prepared meal.

With over 15 years of professional cooking experience, a successful meal delivery and catering business, and a lifetime as a passionate home cook, I’ve written thousands of recipes that celebrate the joy of food and community.

In 2018, I founded Bonicelli Cooking Club to share my professional expertise, delicious recipes, and inspiration with home cooks and food lovers everywhere. I’m passionate about helping people elevate their skills and confidence in the kitchen, blending practical knowledge with creativity.

During the pandemic, I developed the "Mindful Mediterranean" program, a transformative Mediterranean diet "how-to" course. This program features quarterly live sessions, an extensive on-demand video library, a robust recipe collection, and meal-planning software. Designed to help women regain their power through food, the program has already empowered hundreds to lose weight, reclaim their health, and enjoy abundant, flavorful meals.

Looking to the future, I am excited to grow the "Mindful Mediterranean" program and will be releasing the "Mindful Mediterranean Cookbook" in early 2026.
