Victoria Liu

"You must get in the ring to have a chance of winning the Game."
About Me:
Victoria Liu, bestselling author of "Quiet Perseverance," transforms senior executives into exceptional leaders through her groundbreaking framework. A former BlackRock executive turned educator and board advisor, she brings unique insights from her journey as an introverted immigrant to empower unconventional leaders. She's coached 4,000+ executives across Fortune 500 companies, while teaching at Harvard and Cambridge.
Victoria’s multicultural background and multilingual skills enable her to connect with leaders from diverse backgrounds, fostering inclusive and innovative leadership practices in today’s global business landscape.
Victoria specializes in helping introverts, neurodivergent individuals, and cultural pioneers thrive in leadership roles, advising boards and top PE firms on leadership development and building mentally resilient teams.
When Victoria’s not coaching, she can be found travelling and sampling local cuisine, if not on her couch writing, reading or learning something new. She practices Pilates, TM and journals daily.
