I have been a professional CrossFit Athlete for the last few years and am continuing to discover my passions. My goal with this podcast is to create a safe space where I can share my personal experiences as a young competitor, and what it’s like to be a female in a physically demanding sport. I’ll also share some life updates and new passions, and I hope to inspire YOU to be the best version of yourself, for yourself. Welcome to season 2 of the podcast! To start things off, I’ve spent a lot of time reflecting and planning for the year ahead. I decided to make a list of my “ins and outs” for 2026, including habits, mindsets and priorities that I’m going to bring with me into the year, and also ones I’m leaving behind. A new year isn’t about overwhelming yourself or trying to do the absolute most. It’s about getting clear on YOUR goals and being intentional about how you can achieve them :)
