Before becoming a New York Times bestselling author, Lara Love lost herself in the quiet chaos of addiction, motherhood, and survival. This conversation explores what happens when the life you’re trying to hold together starts to fall apart — from stealing and incarceration to heartbreak and reckoning. Lara speaks openly about the role of truth in healing, the courage it takes to take responsibility, and how finding yourself isn’t about erasing the past — but finally facing it.
