In this episode of the BLABO podcast, host Chris Papin and guest Jim Hasler discuss the importance of a business mindset, building a strong vision and culture, setting goals, and navigating change. Jim has been a licensed CPA for over 30 years. Becoming a partner in 2010, Jim has worked with business partner Greg since January 2003 and has been instrumental in the growth of the firm’s tax, advisory and accounting practices. Like his partner, he began his career in the tax department of a big-eight accounting firm. He served as chief financial officer of an international nonprofit organization for ten years. He has experience with tax return preparation, tax planning, business advisory, small business accounting and operational issues. When not serving clients, Jim enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and riding horses.
