About Mina Kim

In this episode of Klickline, host Mina Kim sits down with Marie Ebersbacher, Senior Managing Director and Head of CBIZ’s Forensic and Financial Services Group. Known as the “spill detective”, Marie brings decades of experience leading investigations in complex litigation, marital dissolutions, fraud, and valuation disputes.
She opens up about what really happens behind the scenes in high-net-worth divorces — from tracing hidden assets and crypto to valuing startups, hedge funds, and real estate. Marie shares why having friendly attorneys and accountants can save you millions, when it’s time to stop chasing phantom money, and how the real asset worth fighting for is happiness.
Whether you’re navigating a divorce, building wealth, or just love sharp financial strategy mixed with real humanity, this episode will make you think differently about money, peace, and closure.
