In this episode of Remember Who You Are, we sit down with Ben Dingle, a military nurse from Australia, who shares his deeply personal path to plant medicine. Shaped by the trauma of working in a high-mortality environment, Ben struggled with depression, anxiety, and a sense of emotional disconnection. His first plant medicine ceremony was not what he expected. Instead of the clarity he hoped for, he faced an experience that challenged his sense of control. Yet, over time, the lessons revealed themselves: the deep connection between body and mind, and the understanding that surrender can be more powerful than control.
