Horror? Hardly Know Her!
Podcast Description
Horror? Hardly Know Her! is a nuanced romp into the sub genres of horror films. Hosted by Jane Wright, a quiet little queer artist in NYC, and crawling with discussions between tons of her freaky pals, each episode will dissect two films from a certain horror film sub genre, i.e. slashers, vampires, folk, psychological, art house, body and more.
With particular focus on thoughtful analysis and patterns between horror movies, this podcast is for die hard horror fans, movie lovers, and thoughtful weirdos craving a new perspective on scary movies. Movies range from stone cold classics of the genre to...well the lovable misfits. Not only is there appreciation for the whole spectrum of content in the horror film canon, at least 50% of the movies discussed will be films made by female or non-binary directors. Who knows horror better than a final girl?
