Since 1985, Steps Outreach Service has been walking alongside young people experiencing homelessness on the streets of Melbourne. As the youth homelessness program of Concern Australia, Steps provides night-time street outreach and long-term, practical, and relational daytime support to young people and families with children who are experiencing, or have experienced, homelessness. The Steps’ team offers belief, long-term connection, and hope to young people and families in crisis.In this podcast series, Anne Mitchell, Manager of Steps Outreach Service, walks and talks with five remarkable members of the Steps Lived Experience Advisory Group.
