Ms. Susan Callaway holds the record as the longest-standing member of the HLC staff—and with good reason. She would run full-speed into a burning building for any one of our families, past or present. Susan is their advocate not only on our property, but also in schools, doctors’ offices, homes, and even, at times, the local jail, insisting they bring their best (not anyone else's) despite circumstances.
