ORG CO4258 – Palisade Security. A private security firm in Lyon Park posing as an alternative to EMBER’s safety measures. Founded by Walter Talcott (>CIV NW0824), who publicly distrusts EMBER and decries government corruption. They use repurposed Mican technology to enhance civilian bodyguards.
- Note: Their tech is surprisingly advanced. Limit their access to Mican residuals. Plus, this Talcott guy is a scammer. – S.S.
EVE VA5816– Sanctum City Robot Stampede. In 2009, the first major supervillian attack on Sanctum City since the Mican Occupation (>EVE XC0122). Attempting to hit the city while it was recovering, a swarm of over two hundred humanoid combat robots, equipped with advanced kinetic absorption technology, descended upon Sanctum City, threatening civilians and destroying property. The robots were unmarked but were connected to a company called Oxon Hill Robotics (>ORG CO5912), the investigation of which is still ongoing. Casualties totaled 124, including the superhero Peregrine (>MET SC3651).
MAG AN0159 – Alukah. An ancient, immortal vampire sorceress and servant of the demon Lilith. Her phylactery is one of the twelve artifacts protected by the Velt Nebech, currently held by Covenant (>MET NY2176).
ORG ER1834 – Metahuman Liberation Front. Led by Riot Grrrl (>MET SC8314), a collection of young metahumans occupying and destroying public property and violently protesting against EMBER. Organized in the Sunflower District in response to destruction wrought by Menagerie's 03/30/2025 attack on Sanctum City (>EVE XC1086).

MET NE2679 – Buzzkill. First documented as a small-time supervillain in Nebraska, Buzzkill moved to Sanctum City sometime between 2004 and 2008 and became Nebulon’s (>MET SC4371) right-hand man. His modus operandi changed from assault and theft to murder and large-scale property damage. He’s been arrested and imprisoned in Fort McHenry three times and has escaped three times.

ORG RS0591 – Asclepius Medical. A Georgetown-based metahuman biology research firm that contracted with EMBER in 2014-2023, aiding in the production of Helios Bloom (>TEC MC3062). The project was deemed a failure and funding was revoked in 2023, leading to the bankruptcy and shutdown of Asclepius.
