Season 2 is officially here! 🥳
We’re kicking things off by celebrating Black-owned businesses all month long, and first up is my college friend, engineer-turned-entrepreneur Kahlil Martin, founder of Kahlab.
What started as an idea during the isolation of COVID and the rise of remote work has evolved into something much bigger. Kahlab helps people find workspaces, connect with their communities, host events, manage memberships, and create meaningful experiences — proving that sometimes you don’t just need a place to work, you need a place to belong.
Kahlil and I get into his journey from engineering to entrepreneurship, the five-year evolution that brought Kahlab to life, the risks and sacrifices that come with building a business, the power of community, and what it really takes to turn an idea into a movement.
Plus, we’re kicking off two new segments: First Impressions and Societea, where we get into everything from zodiac signs and rhinestones to hot takes and current events.
