Every business owner wants more leads. Most of them are chasing the wrong 3%.
In this episode, Piyush Thacker talks with Bron Watson, CEO of The Social Coach and founder of The Serenity Project. Bron has been building and mentoring online businesses for 14 years. In 2017 she was diagnosed with breast cancer while running a successful mastermind. She shut the business model down overnight during chemotherapy, with no plan B, and rebuilt. In 2023 a second cancer diagnosis, this time incurable, led her to create The Serenity Project and begin writing a book, ”Be Where Your Feet Are”, due September 2025.
In this conversation Bron explains the 63 rule: why only 3 people in any room are ready to buy today, why the next 60 are your real opportunity, and why selling at the wrong moment kills every relationship you have built. She walks through organic social media as a business foundation, how to run drip campaigns that build trust instead of irritating people, and why she describes herself as the Chief Coffee Drinker rather than a social media expert.
