The Brookline Interactive Group (BIG) has the important task of making the municipal meetings easily accessible to their viewers. Finding, downloading, renaming, and broadcasting them was a time-intensive task that consumed Heather's attention.
Then Charles used AI to create a software system to automate the chore. And he freely admits that he is not a programmer by training. Claude.ai bridged the gap.
