Now free from court supervision, Hinckley talks candidly about his Christian faith, his relationship with his family, his music and artwork, and his desire to be remembered as someone who changed rather than solely for what happened in 1981. He also reflects on Reagan’s presidency, what he would have said to Reagan had they ever met, why he would’ve voted for Reagan in ‘84, and why he believes his life today bears little resemblance to the troubled young man he was more than four decades ago.
