The Officer Women's Leadership Symposium (OWLS) convenes experts, thought leaders, and innovators with members of the military, government, and veteran community to explore emerging trends, strengthen skills, and transform observations into actionable insights to lead positive change. The 2025 theme - Power of Connection - emphasizes how relationships shape personal growth, resilience, and collective strength. In these one hour sessions our audience had the opportunity to ask questions, build community and shared their thoughts.
