Pourquoi certaines personnes ressentent-elles le besoin de mettre autant de conscience dans leur manière de vivre, de créer ou de nourrir celles qu’elles aiment ?
C’est une des questions qui m’a accompagnée tout au long de cette douce conversation avec Vanessa Morgenstern, fondatrice de Hnina Gourmet.
Nous avons traversé son enfance, remonté ses racines, parlé de la femme qu’elle est devenue, de sa maternité, de son rapport au corps, au mouvement, à la nourriture, mais aussi de cette recherche intérieure qui semble donner du sens à chacun de ses choix.
J’aime les conversations qui ne cherchent pas à impressionner, mais à comprendre. Celles où l’on accepte de ne pas avoir toutes les réponses et où l’on prend simplement le temps d’écouter le chemin de l’autre.
