Welcome to part 2 of my segment on trans rights where we go back to the basics: the constitution, the rule of law, existing legal precedent, and individual liberty to unpack questions of safety and fairness in sports and parental rights in youth gender medicine. These debates are still ongoing. The line needs to be the Constitution and whatever the lawmakers and courts decide needs to be applied consistently across groups regardless of identity.
