Shaun Fowler teaches in and chairs the business department at Elim Bible College. He is also the owner of Friendly Neighborhood Bookkeeping, helping small businesses manage their finances. Shaun holds an MBA in accounting as well as a certificate in apologetics, and has years of experience in both corporate finance and the church. He and his wife, Allison, have built a life around faith, family, and service — Shaun volunteers with the Lima ambulance service and serves at New Horizon Church in Avon, NY.

As Elim's Vice-President of Mission Advancement and Recruitment, Richard Raines oversees Admissions, Marketing, and Recruiting. He is married to Jessica, a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, and they have five adult children. With a passion for teaching, Richard served bi-vocationally in local church ministry for over thirty years while working in healthcare and politics before joining Elim as an Adjunct Instructor in Theology in 2021. Richard and Jessica live near Jacksonville, Florida, and attend the Church of Eleven22.
