After what Lottie had told him about himself, The Doctor is questioning who he once was, and whether he deserves to remember his past at all. But, before he can begin to make sense of it all, The Tardis is stolen, leaving him and Izzy stranded in a place called Knaresborough, North Yorkshire in the year 2015.
Local police are investigating the disappearances of three people who entered the caves of the 16th century, mysterious prophet; Mother Shipton. When The Doctor and Izzy get involved in these investigations, they realise; the disappearances aren't completely as they seem.

Thank you to all the actors in this episode who waited so patiently for YEARS for Episodes 4 and 5 to be produced.
After submitting their lines in 2023, the series these episodes were originally produced for (which I was only involved in as a writer) got cancelled, later prompting me to create Mists of Time. All of this caused the production of the 2 episodes to be majorly delayed.
So, to all the actors, I’m incredibly grateful for your patience and for sticking with me, especially as this was the first non‑narrated audio script I ever wrote.
Thank you, all of you.
