Rick ”RJ” Jullienne and Dale ”The Coach” Eggleton interview one of Australia's most respected Athletic Coaches, with over 35 years of experience shaping elite performance – Matt Horsnell.
Best known as the coach of Olympic silver medallist and world champion High Jumper Nicola Olyslagers, he's guided athletes from grass roots right through to the global stage – producing champions. Nicola is also seven time Australian title holder.
A multiple – time Australian Athletics Coach of the Year and 2025 Sports NSW Coach of the year. Matt's impact on the sport is undeniable.
