I denne episoden møter vi Zahra Asl Rousta, en dyktig fagperson med en sterk historie. Zahra jobbet tidligere som matematikklærer i Iran, men etter å ha etablert seg i Norge har hun utdannet seg til sykepleier. I dag arbeider hun ved sykehusets avdeling for rehabilitering og hjerneslag, hvor hun også har en sentral rolle som koordinator og teamleder.
Zahras reise fra klasserommet i Iran til helsetjenesten i Norge er en historie om tilpasning, styrke og et sterkt engasjement for mennesker – både faglig og medmenneskelig.
