What does worship look like when life is genuinely hard?
Jojo sits down with Brian Wangatia (Kenyan gospel and worship artist, debut album UPENDO) for a conversation about writing music from hard places. Brian talks about the stories behind songs like Naachilia, Fight for Me, and Fanya Tena, what surrender looks like in practice, and what worship has given him in seasons where faith was a daily decision rather than a feeling.
Honest, personal, and rooted in real experience. For anyone navigating a season that has asked more of them than they expected.
Art4Christ Kenya exists to help young creatives discover their God-given gifts and use them for His glory. Find us at Empowering Artists in Kibera | Art4Christ Kenya | Art4Christ Kenya and on Instagram and Facebook @Art4ChristKenya.
