In this first ever solo episode, host Max Klau shares a moment from his journey that had a major impact on the development of the work of Courageous Wholeness. Max tells the story of the semester in graduate school in which he first encountered the moral development work of Carol Gilligan and the adaptive leadership work of Ron Heifetz…and how those two courses led to a major awakening that occurred while making mac-n-cheese one night.
Inspired by one of his favorite podcast hosts, Elise Loehnen, Max goes deep into the mix of developmental psychology theory and personal experiences that led him down the path to this work.
