In this weeks episode Megan & Joanna dive right into something that has opened up their world & feel immensely passionate about; Intuitive Psychology & Mental Wellness. In todays day and age we are always consuming & outsourcing – our decisions, opinions & even our feelings. We feel disconnected and unsure what's 'the right way'. We live in a productivity-obsessed world that rewards doing over being, teaching us to numb instead of feel.
In this episode we wanted to challenge the status quo and explore what it means to reconnect with the wisdom within (that we all have access to) and approach mental wellness in a more compassionate, holistic way; across the 5 bodies (Physical, Emotional, Spiritual, Mental & Energetic). We talk about creating a relationship with yourself, your inner compass versus 'managing' symptoms.
Expect real talk, reflections from our own journeys, and soulful sips of insight around how intuitive living can support emotional wellbeing, self-trust, and inner peace.
