Welcome to DE-Stress 302! Our guest today is Mr. Warren, a dedicated educator, entrepreneur, and community leader from Wilmington, Delaware. Born and raised on the city’s East Side, he has spent his life giving back to the community that raised him.
Mr. Warren is a 6th-grade math teacher at Maurice Pritchett Academy and has devoted more than 28 years to helping students succeed both inside and outside the classroom through teaching, tutoring, and mentorship.
He is also the owner of Black Visionary Designers Barber Salon, where community service is at the heart of the business. Each year, the salon hosts events such as Easter shoe giveaways, Thanksgiving turkey drives, Christmas coat drives, free chess tournaments, and discounted back-to-school haircuts for students, making a lasting impact on families throughout Wilmington.
In addition, Mr. Warren owns Let’s Roll Productions Travel, organizing group trips to exciting destinations and major events around the world.
His lifelong commitment to education, entrepreneurship, and service has earned him numerous honors, including a Community Service Award at Norman Oliver’s 3rd Annual Black Men’s Event.
