Open Hearts Ministry is a Christ centered ministry established with the purpose of:
“Walking with the wounded and training others to do the same.”
”Fear Dance,” the four-step pattern of relational and emotional response originating from hurt. The steps are sequentially identified as ”You Hurt,” ”You Want,” ”You Fear,” and ”You React,” explaining how relational pain leads to various ”wants,” which, when threatened, result in specific fears. These fears, rooted primarily in the desire for connection and control, ultimately trigger various reactions that often damage relationships, such as the pattern of Defend – Attack – Retreat.
