Toby explains the vision for “Julia,” an AI front-desk agent that can respond immediately across phone, SMS, text, email, and other channels, and can route tasks across multiple LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Groq) to choose the best and most cost-effective model, including “LLM hopping” workflows. They discuss how Julia could handle event updates or business disruptions with minimal setup, and the importance of tech being easy for small businesses.
