In the 7th episode of the podcast we speak to Mohammed (AKA Larry). Giving running a go from his local ParkRun in 2021, there is no doubt that Larry has come a long way while also becoming a key member of the Leicester running community. Covering all areas whether that be Strength & Conditioning along with a balanced mix of Easy, Tempo and Long Runs – Larry has made RUNNING a key part of his routine. Building his way up through Park Runs, annual 10K and Half Marathon events, Larry ran the 2024 and 2025 London Marathon’s with impressive times and pace however, his ideal time of “Sub 3” continues to motivate him to get back to the grind.
