What if you could build real estate wealth without owning a single property? That’s not a fantasy. It’s the strategy.
In this episode of Her Table, Her Rules, Juliet Peters sits down with Linda Kim, Founder and Coach of BNB Mastery Society and Olive Gold Collective Design, to break down exactly how Airbnb rental arbitrage works and why it’s one of the most accessible wealth-building strategies available to women today. Linda shares how she rents properties from landlords, designs them with intention, lists them on Airbnb, and generates income without the burden of a mortgage or a massive upfront investment.
What sets Linda apart in a male-dominated space is her design-first approach. While most coaches teach the basics of arbitrage strategy, Linda teaches her students how to make a property irresistible.
If you’re a woman who has been wondering whether you could actually build something real, profitable, and yours, tune in to the full episode of The Powerful Airbnb Strategy Helping Women Build Wealth.
