In this very first episode of North East Business Heroes, we sit down with Naomi Longfield – founder, chocolatier, and pastry chef behind Studio 28 Patisserie, an artisan chocolate and pastry studio nestled in the heart of Newcastle’s Hoults Yard.
Trained alongside Michelin-star pastry chefs and having taken a bold step away from a maths degree at York University, Naomi poured her passion into building a patisserie unlike any other.
